- Most scattering happened after Book of Mormon came forth..
- 1 Ne 10:14 natural branches grafted back in after Gentiles have received fulness
- 1 Ne 13:24-26 – bible was given from Jews in purity but Gentiles took away many plain and precious parts.
- 1 Ne 15:17-20 – won’t bring them gospel until after scattered but covenant stands that in Abraham’s seed shall all the kindred of the earth be blessed.
- 1 Ne 19:15-16 when Israel no more turns their hearts from God He will remember the covenants he made with their fathers. Will gather in all House of Israel.
- 1 Ne 21:3, 22-24 thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified. Nursing mothers and fathers,
- 1 Ne 22:3-12 – prophecy of the children of Israel and how the Gentiles will first scatter them and hate them and then gather them in.
- 2 Ne 3- Joseph’s seed will be preserved forever. Says nothing about if they’re righteous.
- 2 Ne 6:6-7, 9-18 – For the people of the Lord are they who wait for him; for they still wait for the coming of the Messiah. Nursing fathers and nursing mothers, Gentiles who repent People of the Lord are those who wait for the coming of the Messiah. (not who necessarily join our church)
- 2 Ne 10: 7-10 – Gentiles become nursing fathers/mothers or kings/queens to Israel to bring them back to the lands of their inheritance
- 2 Ne 25:11, 17 Israel restored to land of Jerusalem
- 2 Ne 29:3-6 (really entire chapter) a Bible a bible. . . You have cursed and hated them, the Jews, and God will return it upon your own heads.
- 2 Ne 29:14 – Israel gathered to lands of inheritance and God covenanted with Abraham that he will remember his seed forever.
- 2 Ne 30:2-8 when believe in Christ then God will commence his work to restore them
- Jacob 6:2 – second time to recover his people is the last time.
- 3 Ne 16:4-5 – Gentiles will take gospel to remnant and then will gather from the four quarters of the earth and God will fulfil his covenant with house of Israel.
- 3 Ne 20:11-13, 29, 33 – when Isaiah is fulfilled then Father will fulfil his covenant and Israel will be gathered and the land of Israel will be their inheritance
- 3 Ne 20:16-22 – ye are a remnant of house of Israel. This people will I establish in this land, New Jerusalem, unto fulfilling covenant I made with your father Jacob.
- 3 Ne 20:25,27,29,46 – Lord’s blessing of the seed of Abraham.
- 3 Ne 20:37-38 – you have sinned but I will redeem you.
- V 39: will know their Messiah before the Millennium.
- 3 Ne 21:6-7, – gentiles will bring gospel to house of Israel. If gentiles believe they shall be numbered among Israel (not replace).
- V 22-24 – Gentiles who believe will be numbered among the remnant of Israel who have been given this promised land. Will assist remnant in building New Jerusalem and help gather Israel.
- 3 Ne 21:26-29 – Israel will come out of all nations and return to the promised land.
- 3 Ne 22:1 more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord. Actually the entire chapter is talking about the forsaken wife.
- V 10- neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed
- 3 Ne 24:5-7 ye have sinned and God will come with judgment but if you return to him he will return to you. God never changes so sons of Jacob are not consumed.
- 3 Ne 29:1-4 When the gospel comes to the gentiles, then know the promises of the covenant are beginning to be fulfilled. God will remember his covenant.
- 3 Ne 29:8-9 – Lord remembers his covenant with the Jews and remnant of house of Israel and he will do unto them according to that which he hath sworn. He will execute judgment in fulfilling the covenants he made into the house of Israel.
- 3 Ne 30 – gentiles, repent, come unto me and be baptized etc and then you will be numbered among the house of Israel.
- 4 Ne 5:10 the gentiles who have care for the house of Israel. (Those reading the BoM in our day.)
- 4 Ne 5:15, 19-24 talking to us who were given the land and scattered Lamanites or House of Israel.
- Mormon 7:8 Jews bring Bible to gentiles and gentiles bring Bible to the remnant of Lamanites left.
- Mormon 5 most of the chapter- about this remnant of Jacob and the gentiles who know where their blessings are from. Gentiles will teach remnant and v. 14 the unbelieving of the Jews to a knowledge of Christ so that the father can start the restoration. Interesting. . . . Not the believers. This goes with Dr James Tour’s speech about the unbelieving Jews.
- Mormon 8:21-23 – those who breathe out wrath against covenant people of the Lord who are the house of Israel. . . Same is in danger of being hewn down and cast into the fire.
- Jacob 5 – Parable of the Olive Tree
- Gentiles are grafted in; they don’t take over.
- The wicked are punished but in the end times it reverses and the actual branches are grafted back in and the wicked gentile branches are cut out.
